In recent week the surge of “Tea Party Candidates” has really become clear. Kentucky was the first state to pick a candidate Rand Paul representing the Tea Party . Many political bumper stickers have been landing on cars all over America. Showing Americas discontent for the incumbents in Washington.
How do you think the incumbents will fair in November ? My opinion is that we are going to see a drastic shift to these Tea Party candidates in the coming months. With only 5 1/2 Months left I think this is going to start to get real interesting.

With the November elections inching ever closer, the public will soon be able to express their approval or disdain for the current state of our nation’s politics. Many people on both the left and right feel that the election will be a referendum on the President’s first two years in office and could serve as a harbinger for the 2012 campaign. Of course, there is general distrust for all incumbents, as Congress as a whole has one of their lowest approval ratings in history.
Incumbents across the country will be fighting for their lives in the primaries and reelection campaigns, and there have already been a few causalities. One of the most influential groups has been the highly publicized Tea Party. This faction, whose members are often identified by their anti-Obama bumperstickers and anti-establishment sentiments, have many candidates who are ousting middle-of-the-road Republicans. There is still time for people’s opinions to change prior to the election, but it seems like both sides are ready to take advantage of the anti-incumbent mindset.
