The latest development in the debate over Obama’s health care plan saw 20 Attorney’s General in Federal Court claiming the health care program was unconstitutional. By requiring people to purchase health insurance, some state officials say the new law defies constitutional protections. With another judge poised to rule against the healthcare plan chances are improving that the law may be repealed. I guess if someone was going to pass a law that’s unconstitutional it was going to be Barack Obama.

With more rulings against the mandate, and more chances to win at the appellate level opponents are building an ever-stronger foundation from which to oppose the plan.
